We process and despatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays). Orders received by 11:30am are usually despatched the same day. Delivery options are:
Standard Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days, with costs as follows: Orders under £25 in value: £3.60 Orders £25 to under £100 in value: £5.40 Orders £100 or more in value: £FREE!
Next Day Delivery will arrive by the end of the next working day in most of the UK; delivery to Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland can take up to 4 days. We need to receive your order by 12:00 noon at the latest. The cost is: All orders: £12.00
Custom Delivery for special requirements. We can offer a whole range of extra delivery options, including timed (before 9am, before 10am, before 12 noon), Saturday and in some cases even same-day. Just give us a call so we can work out how best to meet your needs and provide you with a delivery quote.
Please note that ALL deliveries need to be signed for, so please ensure that there is someone in to receive the delivery. Please do not ask for parcels to be left in the porch, shed, etc, as this is not possible!
We use a combination of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and reliable couriers.
International Orders (Including Channel Islands and BFPO Addresses)
We currently only offer delivery to the United Kingdom through this online shop (please note that the Channel Islands are not included in the United Kingdom for delivery purposes). For BFPO addresses, please contact us before placing your order.
For international orders, the best thing to do is complete our online Quote Request Form. We can then work out the cost of your order and email you with a firm price and details of how to make payment if you wish to go ahead. Filling out this form does not commit you to purchasing the goods.
Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your goods and return them to us for a full refund, provided that they are completely unused, unopened and received by us in a resaleable condition, and that you have obtained a Return Authorisation Code from us.
If you wish to return product/s for any reason (including order cancellation), please contact us first outlining what you wish to return and why, with details of the relevant order. If we agree to accept your return, we will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Code which must be clearly displayed on your returned package, and advise you how to return your goods. Please note that no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation Code. |
